This Ten Commandments Billboard can be made for any size. Most common standard sizes are 10x20, 12x24, 16x32.
The billboards are free to you.
Cost of the billboards have been paid by an anonymous donor. To make this project happen, suggest you contact your local church that owns a billboard, or call a local billboard company and ask them to donate the space for the Ten Commandments for a
Billboard. You will pay for the display and for the installation.
The most common situation is for a church to permanently display the Ten Commandments on the side of their building. See illustration below.
Costs? We will pay for the production of the billboard. Depending on the size, most of the billboards cost will have the production cost of $150 to $250. That cost has been covered by donations.
The goal is to glorify God, and bring people to repentance through the message on the billboard. The purpose of the moral law is to point out sin and bring us to repentance.

32 X 16 Foot Billboard at Canyon Ferry Road Baptist Church in Helena Montana is constructed of 5, 4X4 uprights rising off a 4X4 foundation on the ground and lag bolted into the building's 2X6 framing. Horizontal framing is 2X10 top and bottom with 2X6s at 48" spacing with 2X4s providing the 24" spacing. 1/2" CDX plywood completes the basic billboard. Note: 5" overhang above the 4X4 risers provides "pocket for the sign at the top. 4X4 risers were notched at the bottom of the sign for the same purpose. |
| Attaching the sign to the billboard. 1 1/2" PVC pipe, ripped in half were fastened to the edges of the billboard to provide a smooth, rounded surface for the sign material to stretch over. 3/4" metal pipes the length of the top, bottom and the sides were inserted into the sign material with openings created for straps to secure the sign to the billboard. Eyebolts were put into the outside 4X4s to anchor the sides of the sign. Eyebolts were put into the first 2X6 from the bottom to anchor the top and bottom. Straps were run from eyebolts to the metal pipes for anchoring and stretching the sign. Anchor top and stretch bottom |
